Warranty and Product Issues Policy

This "Warranty and Product Issues Policy" outlines how Coton De Provence handles product defects, missing parts, product-related issues, and warranty claims. This policy does not limit any statutory rights that consumers may have under the laws of their country of residence.
1. Product Condition
We are committed to providing products that align with their descriptions, images, specifications, and relevant quality standards.
Products may exhibit natural variations in color, grain, texture, surface finish, or material—particularly in the case of wood or handcrafted items. Unless otherwise stated on the product page, such natural variations are not considered defects.
2. Reporting Product Issues
If you believe a product you purchased is defective, damaged, missing parts, or does not match its description, please contact us at info@cotondeprovence.com
3. Manufacturing Defects
Manufacturing defects refer to structural or functional issues resulting from the production process or the materials used.
Manufacturing defects do not include: normal wear and tear; damage caused by misuse, failure to follow care instructions, or unauthorized modifications or repairs by the customer or a third party; or damage resulting from exposure to moisture, heat, or direct sunlight, as well as damage caused by pets, children, accidents, or commercial use (unless the product is explicitly designated for commercial use).
4. Resolutions
Depending on the nature of the issue and applicable law, potential resolutions may include: sending replacement parts, providing repair support, replacing the product, issuing a partial or full refund (upon return of the item), or other remedies as required by law.
Before approving a resolution, we may request additional photographs or videos, conduct an inspection of the product, or require that the product be returned to us.
5. Statutory Warranty (European Union)
For consumers in the European Union, this policy does not limit your statutory warranty rights in the event that a product is defective, does not conform to the agreement, or does not match its advertised description. 7. Switzerland
For consumers in Switzerland, this policy does not limit any statutory rights you may have under applicable local consumer laws.
6. Manufacturer’s Warranty
Some products may come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Where a manufacturer’s warranty applies, details may be provided on the product page, on the product packaging, in the user manual, or in the warranty documentation.
A manufacturer’s warranty is in addition to, and does not replace, your statutory consumer rights.
